An installation on platform 2 at Huddersfield rail station as part of Art Along the Penistone Line. In collaboration with Crosland Moor Junior School and Huddersfield Technical College Art department.
Children from Crosland Moor Junior School went for a ride on the Penistone Line train. They made drawings of the landscape through the windows. These images when then used to design the enamel panel that is installed next to the station monitor
The BTEC in art and design at Huddersfield Technical College made drawings of architectural details on the station platform which were used to design one of the panels. They also worked on a project to design an artwork to clad the columns on the station platform.The project was commissioned by the Penistone Line Partnership
